These terms cover catering quotes, orders and text messages from Minari Express Inc ("Minari Express", "we"), 10912 Lindbrook Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90024, through catering.minariexpress.com. By requesting a quote, placing an order or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and orders
A quote is an estimate until you confirm and pay. Menu items, prices and availability can change. We confirm each order with the kitchen before the event date and contact you if something on your order is not available.
Payment is taken at checkout or through a payment link we send you. Some large orders need a deposit, which we state in the quote. Changes to headcount, time or address need to reach us as early as possible; we will do our best to accommodate them and tell you if the price changes.
For cancellations and refunds, contact us as soon as you can. What we can refund depends on how close the event is and how much food has already been bought or prepared; we will tell you the amount before we process it.
Delivery and food safety
Delivery times are windows, not exact times. Someone needs to be available to receive the order. Hot food should be served promptly or kept hot, and leftovers refrigerated within two hours. Our allergen chart is at /allergens; our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of them.
SMS / text message program
Program name: Minari Express Catering Texts.
What you get: If you check the text consent box on our quote form or checkout page, we send you texts about your own request and order: confirmation that we received your request, your quote and quote follow-up, order confirmation, delivery reminders and on-the-way updates, and one short follow-up after your event. We send texts from (888) 405-7942.
Opt-in: Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything. The box starts unchecked, and we do not text you unless you check it.
Frequency: Message frequency varies by order.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts. You can opt back in by replying START.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Limits
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by California law.
