Questions
Can everyone on my team eat it? Vegan, gluten-free, allergies?
Yes. Mapo tofu, vegan japchae, vegan mandu, vegan kimbap and namul are on the regular menu. We switched to gluten-free soy sauce, so galbi-jjim, bulgogi, japchae and mapo tofu are gluten-free (gochujang dishes, fried items and mandu are not). For allergies, put the allergen in the order notes and we prepare those items separately. Every box and tray is labeled.

Most of the menu has no heat: bulgogi, sweet chili chicken, galbi-jjim, japchae, jeon, mandu, kimbap, namul. The spicy dishes are a short list, and they are marked.

Both, and you can mix them in one order. Dosirak boxes and bibimbap bowls are priced per person and labeled by protein. Trays serve 10 and go on the table.

Drop-off is standard. Setup is available for an additional fee: we lay out the trays, serving utensils and plates so the table is ready when people walk in. Ask for it when you order.

We regularly feed 50 to 150 people in one delivery. If the number moves after you order, message us and we adjust the food and the tableware to the new count.

Minari Express is a Korean catering company in Westwood, Los Angeles, that delivers individually packed dosirak across Los Angeles and Orange County. The Korean Dosirak Box is $17.95 per person and comes with steamed white rice, a choice of bulgogi, spicy pork, sweet chili chicken or vegan mapo tofu, and assorted house-made banchan. Order online at catering.minariexpress.com by 7 PM PT the day before.
What comes in a Minari Express dosirak?
Each box has steamed white rice, one main and assorted house-made banchan, each in its own compartment. The chef's banchan set includes kimchi, and a vegan banchan set is available. Every box is labeled.
Can Minari Express handle vegan, gluten-free and allergy orders?
Yes. Vegan dishes (mapo tofu, japchae, mandu, vegan kimbap, namul) are on the regular menu, and a vegan dosirak is mapo tofu with the vegan banchan set. We switched to gluten-free soy sauce, so our soy-based dishes (bulgogi, galbi-jjim, japchae) and mapo tofu are gluten-free. Not everything is: gochujang dishes, fried and battered items, mandu and most kimbap contain wheat, and everything is made in a shared kitchen. The allergen chart lists each dish. For allergies, put the allergen in the order notes and we prepare those items separately. Every box and tray is labeled.
Is Minari Express food spicy?
Most of the menu has no heat, including bulgogi, sweet chili chicken, japchae, mandu and kimbap. The spicy dishes (spicy pork, tteokbokki, mapo tofu, army stew, yangnyeom wings and spicy squid salad) are marked on the menu.
How far ahead do I need to order, and where does Minari Express deliver?
Order online by 7 PM PT the day before; there are no same-day orders. Delivery runs weekdays 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM across Los Angeles and Orange County, from kitchens in Westwood and Downtown LA. Delivery fees start at $20 by distance, and the minimum starts at $150.
